Intended Use:

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 supplement to help maintain good health. Helps with:
• contribution to normal red blood cell formation.
• metabolising carbohydrates, fats and proteins. 
• absorption and use of calcium and phosphorous. 
• reducing the risk of developing osteoporosis when calcium intake is combined with sufficient Vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Each carton contains 3 blister packs, and a blister pack contains 10 light-orange, almond-shaped effervescent tablets.

Dosage and Directions for Use:

Take 1 - 2  tablets a day (or as recommended by a doctor or healthcare professional). Place the effervescent tablet in your mouth to dissolve.
